And so it begins...

Today marks the first steps for me into the world of m/m publishing.

I have been toying with the idea of actually self-publishing my stories, but after doing a bit of research, I decided against that route. With my job responsibilities, my family obligations, and a child gearing up for his first year of college next fall, I would be doing myself a disservice by trying to squeeze more into my already tight schedule.
I will be submitting a few stories in the near future to some e-publishers I have long been a customer of, and we will see what happens.

In the meantime, I am putting the finishing touches on what will be my first short story, and I hope to have it submitted in the next month or so. (I will be posting an excerpt once I feel it is sufficiently polished enough that it won't be embarassing :0)

I also plan to participate in NaNoWriMo this year - I feel the urge very strongly this go-round.

As I start pulling together the list of stories & other info I want to add to my blog, I will update the blog more frequently. Until then, I will be checking in once a week or so.
